The food and wine at Lazuur was delicious. We enjoyed all of the dishes and also the madeleines that came with the bill were amazing. Our only issue was the pace of the evening. It took a long time to take our order and despite arriving at 18:45 we got our main course around 22:00 so it was a long evening. I suspect there was a new waiter assigned to our table and were unlucky as others who arrived later received their dishes quicker. Would like to go back again.

We had such a lovely experience. The dishes were beautifully put together and the combination of tastes were amazing. The servers were knowledgeable and friendly. They were passionate about their port collection. I long for the honey dessert. It was the best dessert I’ve had in a long time!

Lazuur is situated in the north outside the city center but definitely merits a detour! Inventive novel dishes with great Portuguese influences are paired with fantastic wines from Portugal and elsewhere. Service was friendly and perfectly timed.

A wonderful dinner with lots of unique and tasty dishes. Able to choose between 3-6 courses/dishes and all of them were amazing. They also have a nice selection of wine and the largest selection of port I have seen. Last but not least, the staff was really friendly and helpful when asking for recommendations. Can highly recommend.

Found Lazuur via the article in Het Parool seeing as we live in North and I'm English we thought we would try out the Sunday lunch. All three courses were well presented, perfectly cooked and tasty. The place is clean and airy with a nice atmosphere we will be going again!!!
